Purchase a membership for Jurassic Discovery and recieve benifits and discounts across Jurassic Discovery & Seaton Tramway!

Both membership types receive the attached benefits for a named child (2-15) and the accompanying adult. This means any adult can enjoy the perks of the membership when bringing the named child to Jurassic Discovery. So if a parent isn’t bringing the child, a grandparent or other guardian can receive the perks instead!

Please note:

  • When you first arrive after purchasing a membership, your child’s picture will need to be taken at the till to attach to your membership.
  • Memberships will be purchased online only from launch. 
  • We are planning to offer monthly direct debit options soon.

1. Membership Details

  • Membership Type: Jurassic Discovery Soft Play Membership – 1 named child (aged 2-15) + 1 accompanying adult.

  • Benefits Include:

    • Unlimited Soft Play Sessions.

    • £1 per soft play session for non-booked sessions.

    • 2 Free Entrances to Jurassic Discovery Exhibition.

    • 10% off Gift Shop & Café purchases.

    • 10% off Jurassic Discovery events.

    • 10% off Seaton Tramway standard service tickets.

  • Membership Type: Soft Play Membership – 1 named child (aged 2-15) + 1 accompanying adult.

  • Benefits Include:

2. Eligibility

  • Child Eligibility: The membership is valid for children aged 2-15 years old.

  • Adult Eligibility: Any adult accompanying the named child can use the membership benefits. This includes parents, grandparents, or other guardians.

3. Membership Use

  • Soft Play Sessions:

    • Allocated soft play sessions must be pre-booked online to receive the benefit

    • A fee of £1 applies for non-booked soft play sessions. Or if your allocation runs out.

  • Exhibition Entries:

    • Jurassic Discovery Membership includes 2 free entries to the Jurassic Discovery Exhibition.

    • 10% off entrance to the exhibition per entry or after membership allocation.

  • Discounts:

    • 10% discount at the Gift Shop & Café.

    • 10% discount on Jurassic Discovery events.

    • 10% discount on Seaton Tramway standard service tickets.

4. Terms of Use

  • Transferability: The membership benefits can only be used when the named child is present.

  • Accompanying Adult: One adult accompanying the named child is eligible to receive the membership perks.

  • Booking: It is recommended to book soft play sessions in advance to avoid the £1 fee for non-booked sessions.

  • Discount Application: Discounts are applied at the point of sale and cannot be combined with other offers.

5. Membership Validity

  • Duration: The membership is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

  • Renewal: Memberships can be renewed annually.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: Memberships can be cancelled within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no benefits have been used.

  • Non-Refundable: After the 14-day period, memberships are non-refundable.

7. Changes to Membership Terms

  • Jurassic Discovery reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the membership scheme. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.

8. Liability

  • Jurassic Discovery is not responsible for any lost or stolen membership cards.

  • Membership benefits are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

  • Membership cards will be available at till point. You will be charged £1 to replace any lost or stolen cards.
