We have a capacity limit, and cannot guarantee space. Especially in school holidays and wet weather.
Come along for a play session in our Jurassic themed Soft Play.
Kids ages 2 and over can enjoy up to two hours of fun on 3 levels of slides and climbing frames!
Children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.
Parents can relax in our Café which surrounds the play area.
Dedicated Soft Play toilets are available inside the Soft Play Pod.

Jurassic Discovery Café
Families can relax whilst the children play in our dedicated Jurassic Discovery Café.
Serving Hot and Cold food and drinks all day, you can fill up on a scrumptious meal or just top up the tank with some of our yummy snacks.
If you’re not visit the Soft Play, you can access out café from our outdoor patio and order from our window! Takeaway or sit out side!
How do I book the Soft Play?
We recommend booking online to guarantee you on arrival and to get a discounted rate during off peak. To book a ticket online please click here.
Do I have to pre-book?
Whilst you can just turn up, we do recommend booking online to avoid disappointment. If you have a membership you must book your place online to secure your free session.
You will also take advantage of any off-peak pricing when booking online.
Is there an age limit?
Children up to 12 can enjoy the Play Frame. An adult must accompany children under 4. All children must be supervised by an adult when visiting Jurassic Discovery.
How much is a ticket?
If my one-year-old is free, do they need a ticket?
Everyone entering the soft play needs a ticket, even if it is free. Please book alongside the other required tickets.
What if I’m late for my session?
You can turn up at any point in your allocated 2 hours, however, all visitors must leave at the end of the session.
Do you have Wheelchair access?
Yes, the entire Jurassic Centre is accessible. There is an accessible toilet in both the reception area and alongside the play frame.
Can I bring my own food?
No, only food and drink purchased from the Jurassic Discovery café can be consumed onsite.
Although for party bookings made with us; we do allow birthday cakes but please liaise with the Jurassic Discovery team.
Is my booking refundable or transferable?
All bookings are non-refundable. We can, however, provide a credit for bookings as long as you notify us before your session begins.
What time should I arrive for my booking?
We advise you to arrive for the start time of your session to maximise play time for the little ones
Do you have parking?
The nearest car parks can be found:

We do not recommend parking in the Aldi or Tesco Car Parks. These are free but have strict time limits.
Do children have to wear socks?
Yes. All children in the play frame must wear socks to avoid friction injuries and reduce the spread of any possible infections. Please speak to a member of the team should your child have any sensory requirements. No shoes are permitted on the play frame.
Do I need to print my ticket?
All tickets booked will now provide you with a barcode; this barcode can either be printed or scanned from a digital device upon entry.
Are there baby change facilities available?
Facilities located within the toilets alongside the play frame.
What food can I buy in the café?
Food and drink can be purchased from the Jurassic Discovery Café located alongside the soft play frame.
Rules of Play – Terms and Conditions
- Parents are required to supervise their children at all times. Relax in our comfortable seating areas around the Jurassic Soft Play, where you can enjoy hot and cold, food and drink.
- All children and adults on the play frame must wear socks to ensure hygiene and safety. No shoes.
- The play frame is suitable for 4 – 12-year-olds. Under 4’s must be accompanied by an adult.
- No food, drink, or glasses can be taken onto the play frame.
- It’s a good idea to take young children to the toilet before entering the play frame!
- Appropriate clothing should be worn. We advise that arms and legs are covered. We don’t recommend nylon and lightweight clothing.
- Adults should not use the play area, tempting as it is! Please only enter to assist your child when needing help or to accompany and under 4. Remember no shoes and socks please, this goes for adults as well.
- Children who are injured or unwell are not allowed into the play frame
- Please remove any loose or sharp objects before entering the play frame. Mobile phones, pens, money, jewellery, badges, belts, and ties; to name a few.
- Smoking is not permitted in Jurassic Discovery, or on any outside areas including the terrace.
- Children wearing spectacles or contact lenses should remove them if possible before using the play frame, please take great care to avoid loss or damage as we cannot be held liable for lost property (including theft), damage to your belongings or personal injury.
- Children should sit feet first when using the slide, and don’t climb up or play at the bottom of the slides.
- Any child found to be behaving in a disruptive or unacceptable manner may be asked to leave, we’re committed to providing a safe friendly play environment for all.
- Please don’t remove or throw balls or climb on the frames or netting.
- We do not permit photography without relevant permission.
- Please report accidents or incidents immediately so we can take swift action!
- Only food and drink purchased on the premises may be consumed within Jurassic Discovery.
